Hospice of the Good Shepherd Charity Events


A  series of events during May to support this worthwhile cause:

•  A month long Jumble Sale upstairs at The Studio
•  Plant sales
•  May Mosh Preview – Saturday 9th May  2- 5pm  – dance two Nia routines Firedance and Tuam £10 each or £15 for both. Coffee and cake included
•  May Nosh – Saturday 9th May from 6pm at Alison’s Country Kitchen, Tattenhall – £20
(£5 donation to The Hospice) – tickets and menu available from Jill or Alison
•  May Mosh – Saturday 30th May – a repeat performance of the Preview




This charity event will take place on Saturday 31st October (Halloween), 6-7pm at The Studio

Nia Black Belt Jill Raine is teaching this routine which has been co-created by the Tattenhall Nia Team

Dress code: Goth

Nia is the original and most advanced form of fusion fitness which can help you to achieve greater strength, flexibility, agility, mobility and stability as well as helping you to improve your mental, emotional and spiritual health and well being.No experience is necessary – just follow the steps and do your best! It is suitable for everyone – all shapes, sizes and levels of fitness.

Cost is £10 and includes coffee and cake.
