Lynn Owen-Studio Manager/Yoga Teacher/One To One Yoga/Acupuncturist-Lynn has been practicing yoga for over 30years and Chinese medicine for over 20years, focus of her classes is to bring awareness to your body, posture improvements, improved spinal health and breathwork to calm the nervous system and mind.

Anna Wooding – Pilates/Yoga/Dance Instructor

Anna trained at Stella Mann College in Bedford for 3 years and graduated with a diploma in Professional Dance and Musical Theatre. She is a versatile dancer having trained in styles such as; ballet, contemporary, tap, jazz, street and commercial styles. Since graduating as a Professional Dancer Anna has a vast amount of experience performing around the UK and abroad.

Anna has now been teaching dance and fitness for three years in styles such as ballet, street dance, contemporary, pilates, tap and acro. Passionate about helping others, Anna’s goal is to help bridge the gap between physical therapy and normal levels of fitness and function for individuals with varying needs. Anna is excited to help you along your movement and Pilates journey! She will be there to help reach your fitness and Pilates goals through the power of Pilates and dance. Her classes are fun, professional and relaxing.

Dani – Hatha Yoga & Kundalini Yoga Teacher

Hello, my name is Danielle; I’m 32 and have been practicing the wonderful art of yoga since my teens. I’m a hugely passionate practitioner of yoga, and believe everyone should have access to these transformative, ancient teachings in order to benefit themselves spiritually, physically and emotionally. My personal goal is to live a rich and full yogic lifestyle on and off the mat, serving the community with yoga. I hope to teach the true essence of yoga and what makes my heart sing, with authenticity and compassion.

 I’m trained in Tantra, Hatha and Vinyasa and have a daily personal practice that focuses on a mixture of various cleansing techniques, meditation and Kundalini, which combines some of my most favourite aspects of yoga alongside asana; Beautiful breathwork and magical mantras. I can’t get enough ancient yoga philosophy and am always finding new texts and information that I look forward to dive into, ready to share with my Tribe. I look forward to embark on further studies into yoga, yoga philosophy and hope to explore yoga for trauma in the near future.

My aim in classes is to put the student at the heart of the practice and benefit individuals holistically. I like to focus on releasing what doesn’t serve us anymore and invite in more of what we want, aligning our physical and subtle bodies and creating space for students to reap the benefits of the practice. I aim to make meaningful connections with students so I can serve the needs of individuals in the best way that I can.

When I’m not practicing yoga I’m spending time with my beautiful little girl Erin, at our home in North Wales where we love to grow vegetables and herbs in our garden together. I see her blossoming into quite the tiny yogi which fills me with the most joy! I’m a passionate artist and am inspired by personal experiences and the natural world. I absolutely love music, particularly reggae and sound system culture and enjoy playing my ukulele as much as I can. 

Emma Malone – Very experiences Pilates Instructor – Emma Teaches the full Mat sequences from beginners to advance students and spiky ball mat classes, she will be offering one to one sessions in the near future.

NIA Teacher – Laura Salisbury

Laura has loved dancing since she can remember! She enjoys many styles of dance and has been involved in musical theatre production since her youth. She is the teacher and founder of a community dance group in Chester which enjoy performing her choreographed routines at community events in the area.

As a passionate contender for Holistic health and having studied Psychology and Philosophy at University, she developed her interests in mind/body by training in Reflexology to an advanced level, specialising in Women’s health including menopause and fertility/maternity. She also is trained in Indian Head and Aromatherapy Massage, Reiki and Crystal Therapy offering dedicated and bespoke treatments.

 Laura also holds a Post Graduate Certificate of Education which allows her to hone her skills and desire to teach. Laura was drawn to teach Nia due to its eclectic mix of dance styles and the ease and energy of the music and routines which allow anybody of any shape, size and fitness level to join in and enjoy!*
